5 Stars! Net Gallery Got this for my grandson but I was hooked from the first few pages! Bushy tail is a feral tom cat who is seeking a new home. This book made me see things from a little different view for my two female toms. Gave me a better understanding of their journey. My grandson loved the book. The characters are fun. Good story. Whether you have cats or not this book was very entertaining with a great plot and entertaining characters. It’s a great story about taking chances and having to team up just to survive. This is a great book for children and adults. A purrfect book to read at bedtime. I highly recommend this book and will certainly be one of my favorites for the year.

You will love the names of the cats, Bushytail, Bristle, etc., who all have their challenges as they work to overcome obstacles in their lives. A great fantasy story for children, teens, and adults alike, that will reaffirm your faith in the concept of teamwork and getting along. Even though cats usually hang out by themselves, here they form a bond that lasts. Coming in at under 300 pages, it’s an easy fantasy read, nothing like the huge doorstops some fantasy writers put out. In this book, the main character is actually a cat. Bushytail is looking for his own territory away from humans, other tomcats, dogs and other threats. He meets some new friends along the way and has a wild adventure. As an animal lover, any book with a main character as an animal is amazing for me. This one was no exception. I really enjoyed reading the story of Bushytail and seeing how it all came out. It was a great story with an adorably fluffy main character.
